Diridon Station

Project Description

The Dirion Station project consisted of the removal of four commercial structures and two residential houses near San Jose’s Dirion Station. The construction of the buildings featured a mix of concrete, wood, brick and plaster construction.  The demolition scope included the following:

• Managed and supervised a remediation subcontractor to remove all the asbestos and lead containing materials prior to starting the structure demolition.
• Buccaneer Demolition removed approximately 19,000 SF of buildings and 35,000 SF of concrete hardscape, asphalt, and site improvements.
