We are not the usual demolition contractor in that we are very self sufficient and can provide a turnkey demolition project that includes managing safe-off, lead abatement, freon, asbestos and fluorescent tubes. We perform a high degree of recycling above and beyond required standards whenever possible, and we carry out our work in a neat and professional manner.

Buccaneer will also combine other work items along with demolition including framing, shoring or seismic work. This is a valuable asset to our clients, providing economy of scale and efficiency.
