Interior soft demolition
Project Description
The California Ave project consisted of gutting three office buildings inside large business park.
- Prior to demolishing the interior finishes, we contracted, managed, and supervised an abatement subcontractor who removed approximately 16,000 SF of asbestos containing flooring and mastics throughout all the buildings.
- Buccaneer Demolition removed 180,500 square feet of interior finishes back to a cold shell condition. We removed all the drywall partitions, furring, metal stud framing, suspended ceilings, fluorescent light bulbs, light fixtures, mechanical duct, carpet, ceramic tile, resilient floorings and mastics throughout.
