Bascom Tenant Improvement

Project Description

The Bascom project was a small TI approximately 10,000 SF. Previously, this space was used as a clinical rehabilitation center located across the street from the Santa Clara Valley Hospital.

• Buccaneer Demolition selectively removed wall finishes, restrooms cores, floor tile, suspended ceilings, fluorescent tubes, light fixtures, HVAC duct work, VCT, ceramic tile, and floor mastics. This project required implementing dust barriers and negative air machines to ensure we do not disturb the occupied tenants next door. Additionally, we had to create an opening in the wall to remove debris and large items from the space. 
• Buccaneer salvaged (3) large commercial freezers and (1) salad bar, which was donated to a local nonprofit food center. All materials were sort separated to achieve the highest diversion rate possible.
