Project Description
The Jarvis project involved the selective demolition of some interior office space inside a 258,000 SF commercial building with two floors.
Buccaneer Demolition selectively removed 15,000 SF of interior finishes back to cold shell condition from two floor levels, including 8000 SF of ceramic tile with 2” concrete mortar bed. We salvaged and repurposed 250 SF of acoustical ceiling tile, and 150 sheets of ½” plywood.
